We present the equation of diffusion running in the process of deformation of a body with regard for the corresponding hydrogen flow caused both by the external mechanical loads and the stresses induced by the hydrogenation of the metal weakened by a smooth (or cracklike) defect. Closed analytic solutions are obtained in the quasistationary case of weakly varying stresses. We also reveal the redistribution of hydrogen initiated by the presence of elliptic holes and cracklike defects with process zones. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
