Ukraine's Foreign Minister, Dmytro Kuleba, is planning to visit India in order to gain support for a global peace initiative to end the Russia-Ukraine war. Kuleba will meet with his Indian counterpart, Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, during the visit, which will be the first high-level visit by a Ukrainian official to India since Russia's invasion of Ukraine two years ago.
