The objectives of this thesis work are to propose innovative technological solutions to improve the radiation performance of transmit-array antennas in millimeter and submillimeter bands, and to develop a fast and efficient tool to help design and dimensioning.Transmit-array allows rapid and precise beam deviation (passive and active, mechanical and electronic). However, its simulation is very long because of the large number of cells to take into account. This is why the first part of this thesis was devoted to the realization of a numerical simulator allowing to dimension and to study very quickly the desired performances of a transmit-array. The procedure consists of designing and simulating the unit-cell alone in its environment, taking into account the impact of neighboring cells, then the primary source, taking care to choose its phase center and extracting their complex radiation patterns as well as their S parameters from these models. These elements, once imported into the simulator, allow obtaining the performance of the antenna very quickly. To make the link between the primary source and the first array in reception, the code is based on the Friis formula. Certain phenomena are neglected in particular the diffraction on the edges, which implies a slightly different result than those obtained with an electromagnetic simulation software based on exact methods. However, the time saved is very important. In an unfavorable Ka-band case for our hybrid simulator, the calculation times were compared for HFSS: 25h of simulation, CST: 6h of simulation, and our hybrid digital simulator that obtained a very close result in just 5 minutes. Each transmit-array design parameter is adjustable in our hybrid simulator, so carrying out a parametric study makes it possible to determine the impact of the various parameters on the radiation performance and thus to find the right compromise and the optimal configuration of the antenna.Once the simulator validated, we designed with CST a new unitary cell in X-band operating ...
