The purpose of this research project is to improve interpersonal relationships between students and teachers at the Technical University of Babahoyo Extension Quevedo. Assertive communication is very important and this allows you to have a good relationship, not only within an educational institution, but for all social relationships. This assertive communication promotes values, good behavior inside and outside the classroom. Currently, communication is disappearing more and more every day since the interest in communicating or transmitting a good message is being lost. For this reason, it is important that the institution prepare a communication strategy guide so that there is good communication and, above all, respect, promoting values.
