By means of X-ray powder analysis, metallographic analysis, SEM/EDX (scanning electron microscope with energy dispersive X-ray microanalysis) and differential thermal analysis, the isothermal section of the Ni-Zn-Sb phase diagram at 570 K has been studied. Three new ternary compounds were found. The Ni3ZnSb2 compound crystallizes in its own structure type, the NiZnSb compound crystallizes in the MgAgAs structure type, and Ni40Zn53Sb7 compound crystallizes in the CsCl structure type.
