Zugriff:
The formation of a Rh-Sn binuclear complex in Rh(III) and Sn(II) sulfate electrolytes was confirmed by spectrophotometry. Photoelectrical studies detected a Rh-Sn charge-transfer complex on the surface of a rhodium electrode subjected to cyclic anode-cathode treatment in a tin sulfate solution. The ionization potential of this complex Id is 11.3 eV.
