The article considers the virtual enterprise as a new form of business organization and the impact of its emergence on competition and the relationship between traditional operators of mobile communications. The analysis of the partner relations between virtual and basic operators has been carried out, their advantages and disadvantages have been revealed. Also, the process of forecasting the performance indicators of a virtual operator has been considered and its algorithmic model has been developed

У статті розглянуто віртуальне підприємство як нову форму організації бізнесу, вплив її появи на конкуренцію та відносини між традиційними операторами мобільного зв’язку. Проведено порівняльний аналіз партнерських відносин між віртуальними та базовими операторами, виявлено їх переваги та недоліки. Також розглянуто процес прогнозування показників діяльності віртуального оператора та розроблено його алгоритмічну модель
